IT Director, Pharma, IT Management
RESPONSIBILITY:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- This position will assume complete ownership of the Organization's IT strategy and ensure it is properly aligned with the overall objectives of the business.
- He or She will participate and contribute to the planning, development, evaluation management and assume complete budgetary control as well as co-coordinating all the information and technology systems for the business to ensure a competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years on IT with MNC background, prefer in Pharma company.
- 5+ years leadership responsibilities.
- Proficient in QMS, LIMS, WMS, etc.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Understanding of current, and emerging, technologies, and project management / best practice frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic Thinking Skills
- Service mindset, entrepreneurship with strong sense of business and operation.
