Our client is a new start company leading Pharmaceutical company leading the gene detection.

• Develop IT strategy and objectives in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as management team and business leaders and ensure its alignment with business strategies;
• Establish appropriate IT structure, system, process and organization in place to support the business strategies & goals;
• Be accountable for planning and implementing company level big/critical IT program and in charge of high level management communication.
• Leads the development and deployment of innovative or best practice IT solutions in relation to Strategic Systems, Business Intelligence, Business Systems and Infrastructure(such as Digital Business, E-commerce Platform, E-cloud platform, Advanced Analytics platform, Salesforce etc.) which provide the business with competitive advantage in the marketplace
• Initiates programs using process excellence methodologies to address any need of internal productivity and efficiency improvements
• Leverages off existing and future applications, systems, processes and service to match the business growth and geographic expansion

• Be responsible for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.

• Ensures the IT user base is well trained and equipped to effectively use all available systems and technologies
• Ensure all IT compliance requirements are defined, understood, implemented, and monitored in the organization
• Develop annual IT budgets and effectively manage IT expenditure within these agreed budgets, prepare business cases for IT projects by analyzing ROI and business benefits.
• Analyze the IT capability gaps and identify qualified IT vendors to fulfill the business & IT operation requirements.
• Manage the IT team in terms of recruitment, retention, performance and development

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology / Management or related
• A minimum of 10+ years IT experience in Pharmacy or related industry
• Strong broad-based IT background both hands-on and strategic practice is required.
• Ability to understand implications of business strategies on IT and technology landscapes.
• Strong project management skill & matured leadership style is required, is seen as trusted partner by business leaders.
• Must have experience of building IT structure from scratch
• IT experience in Gene detection and big data is highly prefered
