Job Description
1)Short term goals (1-6 months)
1)Fix all current IT issues and set up maintenance plan (on daily, weekly,…)
2)Approve ERP project. Budget. Actions. Schedule
3)Ensure all employees know how to use office tools: Excel , Word, Data base, e-mail functions.
4)Prepare all connectivity functions from BOKE machinery to manage uploading, soft upgrade and monitoring of machinery parameters and workshop efficiency.
5)Assure 100% confidentiality of information and back-up system to avoids risk of information lost. Server use.
6)Avoid any risk because of lack of software license.
7)Upload a new website and its maintenance www.boke.com ;
1)Middle term goals (6 – 18months)
1)Set up an “0 paper and electronic signature” in BOKE to manage operations and CRM (control and monitoring of workpieces and service to customer)
2)Start implementation of ERP system with connectivity with BOKE workshops (software, hardware, procedures, standards, training to users).
3)Start up cloud structure system for data management
4)Integration of ERP – operations – CRM
5)Operations remote control, monitoring and reporting (software, hardware, budget, schedule). Project Management
2)Long term goals (1.5 – 3 years)
1)Set up standardization and cost reduction along all workshops BOKE 5.0 (procedures, training and supervision of set up in all workshop systems).
Manage optimization & cost reduction on IT to get BOKE 5.0
Request:
Bachelor degree or above;
more 8 years work experience in IT industries or IT technology;
Foreigners is priority;
