• Maintain oversight and management of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.
• Develop an IT vision, strategy, and a roadmap, and lead the IT team and its business partners in effective execution.
• Work with vendors, partners, subsidiaries and parent company on the successful strategy, planning and implementation of technical capabilities and platforms.
• Ensure software delivery deadline commitments are met and manage risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement in the design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring and operation of our cloud platforms.
• Develop forward thinking business strategies supported by ROI analysis and strong project management.
• Acts as an expert advisor, coach, and mentor across the technology organization on latest engineering principles and practices.
• Acts as a point of escalation for teams facing complex technical challenges
• Ensure compliance to national and international security and data compliance regulations
• Leading digitization process of company by aligning with business strategies

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced Degree is a plus.

• Prefer candidates with working experience from the top leading domestic internet companies

• 10+ years of experience in application development, software & solution architecture with at least 5 of those in a management role

• Experience in a management role within the Retail/QSR industry focusing on technology is a plus

• Experience with Enterprise Commerce and CRM systems

• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies including AliCloud, Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

• Experience with Continuous Delivery tools and DevOps practices

• Experience with data technologies, big data architectures, data science / machine learning platforms and business intelligence Visualization tools.

• Experience with digitization processes and New technologies

• Experience in the e-commerce domain.

• Experience with physical retail technology solutions is a plus.

• Experience with the implementation and integration of business systems across the accounting and supply chain domains is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing a team of professionals to meet the strategic business needs of the firm.

• Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams, business units and vendors.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executives within the company to develop and execute plans

• Demonstrated ability to transform teams and technology in a rapidly growing environment.

• Experience budgeting for the IT that meet company objectives and constraints.

• Leading digitization process of company by aligning with business strategies.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral; good presentation skills for meetings and executive settings
