Our client is a leading brand MNC with fast business expansion & growth plan in China. They're looking to double their business in China over the next 4 years to over 2000 outlets.

职责描述

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations
  • Provide leadership at all levels of the organisation
  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values
  • Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent
  • Define and implement policies and performance standards
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
  • Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
  • Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues
  • Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel
  • Set up effective and flexible IT strategy and road-map in line with the business objectives and roll out.
  • Leverage both internal and external resources to set up and implement IT hardware/software infrastructure for store and above store;
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to set up application development plans.
  • Stay current on F&B industry trends and technology, proactively identifying and championing innovative solutions that help drive valuable solutions.
  • Audit and maintain compliance for IT policies, data and data privacy policies, etc.;
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional groups and global teams to determine appropriate methodologies and considerations to achieve optimization between technical support and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop the IT organization to anticipate and meet the rapidly changing needs of the Company as it responds to its dynamic market and product environment;
  • Ensure continuity of cost & efficiency measures implemented within IT environment
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

理想的求职者

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, at least 10+ years of experience in IT fields, with at least 4-5 years of senior management experience;
    • Strong leadership to lead a high competent team
    • Strong capability of IT solution for different business model.
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, business applications, Proficiency in software developments;
    • Strong experience developing and implementing complex IT processes;
    • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, able to pull the right resources within the organisations across the board for business
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Strong knowledge of finance is preferred
    • Experienced in Point-of-Sales Innovation Mindset is preferred
    • Experienced in ERP, OA、HRIS, CRM, Accounting System, BI, AI, etc.
    • Good knowledge on Store Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud and AI implantation
    • Quick Service Restaurant industry experiences is preferred.
