Job Description
Your tasks and responsibilities: · End user Support for Slovakia: o Perform country infrastructure support § On/Off Boarding of users § Configuration support o Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients o Hardware Failure: Diagnose, Support & Coordination § Forward for Break fix · Manage IT Consumables: o Display, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc. · Mobile Voice subscription: Management & support · Administrative tasks: o Mange External vendors o Coordinate “In Business” IT Contacts o “Housekeeping”, right size Infrastructure service consumption o Asset management § Lifecycle support § Inventory control o HW catalogue o Contribute to knowledge management · IT Infrastructure Projects: o Roll out of centrally defined projects o Act as interface to central project team o Perform Country assigned tasks · Service Management o Ticket handling for local support o IT service Desk, complaints, and escalations Your qualifications and experience: · Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering · Experience in managing mid-sized IT projects · Understanding of IT Service Management · Relevant certifications o E.g., ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert · Fluent in English and Slovak languages Your attributes and skills: Team player Organized and structured Customer oriented Proactivity Availability to travel in the assigned geographWhat do we offer: · Adjustable standing desk as a standard · MSDN license for each developer with prepaid access to AZURE · Free access to PLURALSIGHT – the WBT platform · Team building program - 2 days adventure offsite meeting for all employees every year, Christmas party, extra budget for team building events · Participation on world famous IT conferences like Microsoft IGNITE for best employees · Wide project portfolio in healthcare domain and job rotation within company (Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare IT services, …) · Training and development program (business and product trainings, e-learning, language courses, soft skills trainings,…) · Health program (contracted wellness providers, sport centers, salary reimbursement in case of illness) · Retention program (work anniversary, life anniversary, additional pension plan, employee loans) · Family care program (subsidy for newborns, maternity leave, kindergardens, summer camps) Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR* *We are required by law to disclose basic wage component 2000 EUR for the advertised positions.
