Role Summary:
Provide support to ERP working team and/or coordinate with other departments according to the requirements. The project controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to help deliver the project's goals and objectives;

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the project schedule as task manager
• Analyze progress reported against the work schedule
• Monitor the critical path of the project
• Update risk and issue log sheets
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting on a consistent basis
• Escalate issues early about the project to the business project manager.
• Follow up on all open items to program manager.
• Perform general communication between ERP working team and departments.
• Collect and analysis information and data.
• Edit ERP performance manual and present the content to staff
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Major in computer science, information management, engineering, finance, or business management.
• GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
• Graduate in 2020;
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin;
• At least 2 months full time internship (July and Aug 2019 is preferred. Otherwise special arrangement need to be made.)
