Responsibilities:

? Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, applications and software；

? Providing technical support to end-user within the organization, and to external clients when required；

? Assisting with systems integrations；

? Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date；

? Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures；

? Identifying and resolving technical issues；

? Managing coordination at a local and international level where required；

? Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business；

? Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems；

? Team communication;

? Ensure new users of an application have a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

? BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;

? Intimate knowledge of an organisation’s computing operation system and MS office tools；

? Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software；

? Basic knowledge of Win servers and networking;

? Ability to learn and master employer-specific software;

? Good spoken and written English ability is a must.
