Job Responsibilities

1. IT Help Desk, provide IT supporting to users, technical problem resolving and question answering.

2. Mac & Windows computer maintenance, working related software installing, maintain and supporting.

3. Maintain and support all IT equipment and facilities in campus, such as Wi-Fi, printing system, telephone, access control, broadcasting, video publish system, meeting room equipment, etc.

4. IT facilities maintenance and support in classrooms and teaching areas, such as projector, school iPad/Laptop maintenance.

5. Audio and video support for school activities in the auditorium. Camera equipment supporting and photography.

6. Participated in IT construction project, base on the arrangement of PM, doing project follow-up, on-site supervision, communication & coordination, to meet time-line and objective of projects.

Job Requirements

1. Rich experience in both Mac and Windows computers.

2. Good oral and written English skills, able to communicate in English with users on daily works.

3. Have basic knowledge of Windows server and network/router equipment.

4. Experience preferred in System Integration, IT Construction Project, or project management related experience.

5. Good abilities in communication and presentation. Be able to clearly understand work objectives, timely update, keep good communication with users in the process.
