Position：IT Engineer

First level contact for all IT-issues. Responsible for IT operations at the production-site in China\Taiwan. Being the interface for IT-communication between the local site and the IT-Headquarter.

Responsibility:

• IT User-Support (1st and 2nd Level)

• Installs hardware, software, and maintains local IT systems

• Coordination of local IT topics and problems with Vendors or the IT-Headquarter if necessary

• Administration of printers

• Administration of the local telephony system (PBX)

• Co-operation in local IT projects

• Maintains quality service by maintaining corporate hardware and software standards; establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Consultancy for new IT-requests

• Giving IT basic user training of centrotherm Business Applications and System Infrastructure

• Create technical documentations

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years working experience in a comparable job
• Very good English
• Very good knowledge of MS operating systems
• Basic knowledge of Active
• Basic knowledge of network technology
• Structured and methodical working style
• Willing to travel (orientation in China, Taiwan, German, etc.)
