1. Optimize the network of enterprise and fix the local network prolems, maintain and test the existing internal local area network to ensure the normal internal communication

优化企业网络、解决局域网故障，对公司内部局域网进行维护测试，保证内部网络通讯正常；

2. Provide prompt and thorough frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees that work within the assigned areas为在指定区域工作的现场和远程员工提供及时完善的前线技术支持。

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot all the PC hardware and software issues in accordance with corporate policies, standards and procedures including shopfloor or production network and IT equipment (if applicable)根据总部政策、标准和流程诊断并排除所有PC硬件和软件问题，包括车间/生产网络和IT设备。

4. IT asset management including procurement and inventory management; perform PC hardware maintenance arrangement, reimaging and other activities.IT资产管理包括采购与库存管理；进行计算机硬件的维护方式和其他活动的安排

5. Conduct and/or facilitate training for employees on software / hardware / new IT tools such as Finance, HR (eway, badging system, etc.) , Operations, etc.对员工进行软件/硬件/新IT工具的培训和/或培训，包括如财务、人事（如考勤系统等）、运营等。

6. Be in charge of virus detection and killing, internal information system construction, handling network and computer failures, and maintaining the security of network system.负责病毒的查杀，内部信息系统建设、处理网络及计算机故障，维护网络系统安全；

7. Understand the process in company, manage and recommand good method of utilisation of software (ERP, CRM etc.) in order to improve the effeciency.了解公司的流程以有效的管理和支持运软件运用（ERP、CRM软件）以改进工作效率

8. Other electronic document management system其他电子文档管理系统。Work with external consultant to follow big projects与外部顾问合作跟进大型项目。

9. Others as required from superior such as to delveop small programs as per business requirements 其它主管要求的事项如根据业务需要开发小型程序等

Qualifications：

1. Bechelor Degree or above;大学本科及以上学历

2. 4+years working experience;4年以上相关工作经验

3. 3.Having experience on systems like ERP,MRP,CRM and BI. Able to use the database of SQL Server and MySQL. Understand different programming language to solve problems with programmers. Be familiar with ERP,MRP,CRM and BI ,SQL Server and MySQL.

有ERP、MRP、CRM和BI等系统经验。能够使用SQL Server和mysql数据库。理解不同的编程语言来解决程序员的问题；熟悉ERP、MRP、CRM和BI、SQL Server和MySQL。

4. Good communication skill and excellent Management skills.
