Job Duties

1.Install, maintain and troubleshoot school based servers and Computers – Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Windows 7 / 10, Exchange 2013 / 2016, Linux based system, Mac OS, familiar with Windows Domain

2.Build and maintain high quality VMware vSphere platform to support different application servers

3.Monitor, manage and maintain school network infrastructure and services – Internet, Site-to-Site VPN, Intranet, Wireless system, VoIP system and any other relevant system

4.Response to IT service outages and other IT issues across the system and network

5.Support for all IT system related projects

6.Training IT Helpdesk

7.Tracking IT software and hardware assets and warranty

8.Be responsible for solving end user problems through calls, emails and face-to-face

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1.Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT with a focus on Systems Administration in International Company

2.High level of customer support experience.

3.Experience with VMware servers, desktop and replicated image support.

4.Familiar with Windows Server, Exchange server, Cisco firewall/router/switch and VoIP system.

5.A blend of technical skills to provide problem solving and troubleshooting.

6.Good Communication and interpersonal skills including relationship building, listening and questioning.

7.Good organisational skills and an ability to priorities work

8.Ability to work independently.

9.Be a good team player

10.Good spoken and written English skills

11.Advantage with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco certifications
