• Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础知识。熟悉面对对象分析与设计。
• 有基于Java的 微服务开发和部署经验，有RESTful web service开发经验，能拥有一定的REST风格API设计和架构经验；
• 有分布式系统架构与开发经验，Redis， Rabbit MQ 或 Kafka，有过Spring boot 和 Spring Cloud框架架构配置和开发经验；
  
• 能优秀的分析、问题解决和概念分析推理能力；
• 能够在压力下工作，并达成时间要求；
