- Support the rollout of workplace products and services, eg, M365, Miro and others;
- Support core tasks as 2nd level for IT operation topics like workplace applications with M365 applications with Desktop and Mobile clients and collaboration tools like File share folders, storage with NAS or on Cloud, etc;
- Provides proactive sharing/ enabling to internal business departments for new and frequently asked workplace & collaboration solution and platform;
- Support standard tasks for network (LAN) consulting, trouble shooting and change;
- Support ITBP and Business team in CI to keep on track and collect any new IT demands from internal business departments;

• 支持新的IT桌面端产品和服务项目在上海地区的推进，如M365，Miro和其他；
• 作为本地IT运维团队二级支持组，解决一级组不能处理的问题，范围包括桌面端或手机端的应用（如M365组件，网络文件夹，数据存储和云端等）；
• 对于企业内部业务部门进行IT赋能，主动分享新产品和常用的IT平台和方案的功能和使用场景；
• 和团队一起支持关于局域网的常规工作任务例如咨询，问题解决和替换工作；
• 支持ITBP和商务组收集和分析IT新需求，助力业务部门发展。

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred);
- 3+ years IT relevant working experience in IT infrastructure (LAN/ WLAN/ Server/ Storage) and operation (field service) area with ITIL knowledge;
- Good at one or multiple areas like RPA (Automation Anywhere)/ Power BI/ Power automate/ Power apps;
- Good communication and presentation skill in Chinese & English;
- Project experience is a plus.

• 本科及以上或者同等学历（计算机相关专业最佳）；
• 三年或以上IT工作经验在相关领域在IT基础架构（局域网/广域网/服务器/存储）和IT服务和运营领域；
• 了解并至少在一个领域熟悉：RPA, Power BI, Power automate和Power apps等自动化和微软自动化应用套件；
• 流利使用中英文交流和演示；
• 项目经验（参与或者管理）为更优。
