Responsibilities and Activities (but are not limited to):

1. Provides general IT helpdesk support to staff

2. Monitor and maintain company’s networks and server

3. Tidy up current office’s wiring diagram and network connection profile

4. Maintain all locations network setting, including warehouses

5. Partition routing & network segment and setting local route

Required skills / Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field

2. 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

3. Experience in MS Active Directory, domain management, network configuration

4. Fluent in English, able to communicate with expat staff
