Hardware includes: Desktop, laptop, server, firewall, router, switch, wireless AP, attendance system, printer, door security system,1F Secruity system, broadcast system.

管理 IT硬件，更新相关文件；硬件的采购，安装，维护。确保硬件的可靠性和持续可用性。

硬件包括：台式电脑，笔记本电脑，服务器，防火墙，路由器，交换机，无线AP，考勤系统，打印机，门禁系统，1F红外安全系统，广播系统。

2. Software 软件

Manage all IT software and keep software documentation up to date. Purchase, install, bug fix, configure and maintain software. Ensure that software reliability and availability are without interruption.

Software includes: Server system, desktop system, desktop software, PBX software, A1 system, attendance system, data backup system, sales order database, antivirus software.

管理公司所有IT软件，更新软件相关文件。软件的采购，安装，修复补丁，配置，维护。确保软件的可靠性和持续可用性。

软件包括：服务器系统，桌面系统，终端软件，PBX系统，A1系统，考勤系统，数据备份系统，销售订单系统，杀毒软件

3. Communication通讯

Maintain all communication devices. Keep communication working well, include telephone system, internet fiber, VPN, mobile phones.

维护所有通讯设备。确保通讯的持续畅通；包括电话系统，光纤，VPN，移动电话。

4. Technical Support 技术支持

Support BARTEC staff with SAP, PLM, BARTEC China website and helpdesk.

为BARTEC中国区提供SAP,PLM,网站，终端用户提供IT技术支持。

5. Suppliers 供应商

Coordination and guidance of external hardware and software suppliers like SAP, Microsoft, PLM, etc.

协调和指导外部硬件和软件供应商，比如SAP，微软，PLM等。

8. Other tasks assigned from MD.

1.本科学历或以上，IT或电子工程学历优先；

Bachelor degree or above, IT or electronic engineering is preferred

2.工作细心，认真负责，具有很好的团队合作精神，沟通能力优秀，能够承受一定的工作压力；

Careful and responsibility, good teamwork, excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure

3.英文能力强，能够使用英文独立完成文档写作或email交流；

Good in English, can use English to complete document writing or email, cet-6 or above

4.三年以上IT服务工程师工作经验优先并熟练操作SAP；

3 years or above working experience in IT service engineer is preferred and proficient in SAP

5.熟悉SAP系统者优先.

Familiar with SAP is a plus.
