1. Implementation of IT new products/service and top-down global project deployment. (Microsoft office 365, MS teams etc.) 执行自上而下的全球类新项目或IT类新产品的部署和推广（Microsoft O365、MS teams等）。
2. Provide technology services to customer with closed collaboration with other team. (Cisco Wireless Network , Lexmark  Printing services etc.)通过团队合作为用户提供技术支持如思科网络、无线AP、利盟打印机等。
3. Support internal marketing and communication initiatives to internal customers. 为内部用户提供咨询服务。
4. Local IT service operation by following defined process and policy (Microsoft Win10, MS Teams, etc.)提供本地IT运营服务如Win10，MS Teams 等。
5. IT Asset Management: Creation/Delete/Scrape of an inventory concept to record the IT user devices (Laptop, desktop, Printers ,scanner etc.)IT固定资产管理包括创建、删除、报废等。
6. ITILV3/4 process based IT Operational task fulfillment (OKR, KPI, measures, CIP, ticketing tools like Remedy preferred.)基于ITILV3/4系统对用户问题进行解决。

1. Bachelor degree (or similar) in computer science and related major. 大学本科学历，计算机或相关专业。
2. 1+ years IT operation working experience. The experience of IT support in manufacturing site are MNC (Multi-National Company) IT service team are preferred. 一年或以上IT运维工作经验，跨国集团生产制造行业尤佳。
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach. 良好的分析和解决问题能力及自我驱动力。
4. Highly flexible and willing to work under pressure. 灵活度高，能够在压力大的环境下工作。
5. Good communication skill and team work spirit. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
6. Conception knowledge on Cloud, IOT, I4.0 and programming skills like Python, Java Script, CSS, or VUE are plus point. 有云服务，IoT，I4.0和编程技能如Python，Java等尤佳。
7. Good English verbal and written communications skills are preferred. 英语口语流畅者尤佳。
