Job Description
- Involved in incident management and problem management, identify and resolve end users’ IT service problems in accordance with defined service level (2nd-Level-Support, Link to 3rd-Level-Support),
- Provide day to day technical support to internal customers for desktop systems (desktops, software, printers, smart phone etc.) including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and consulting.
- Support central team with defined operation tasks of local IT devices (server/Switch), LAN and Telephone system.
Qualifications

- bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years working experience ；
- Service management based on ITIL.
- CCNA or CCNP or similar certification
- Fluent English on speaking and writing
