岗位职责：
负责公司内部网络(包括语音)基础架构的设计、安装、配置、维护与问题解决。 目的在于保障企业网络的正常运行以提供最大化的可用率与用户满意度。
岗位要求：

• 对网络基础有一个整体的知识架构，了解包括比如LAN、WAN、DNS、安全、IP路由、VPN、QoS以及IP 语音技术的知识等等；
• 了解网络布线知识，熟悉网络布线的规划和实施。
• 建立和配置思科交换机、路由器、防火墙以及其它网络安全设备以满足业务需求；
• 设计、安装和配置复杂网络交换环境。
• 配置和管理安全的无线网络以满足语音及视频接入所需的性能；
• 协助设计基于多种服务需求环境的IP地址方案、DNS管理；
• 维护多个Sites直接的网络互联和日常网络设施维护
• 管理思科IP语音电话Call Manager系统和日常维护升级等。
• 通过建立相应的安全技术策略加强网络安全；定义和配置网络访问许可；
• 负责日常员工、外部供应商及客户的沟通和需求响应并提供相应的技术服务；
• 解决日常网络设备和IP电话的问题并恢复服务。
• 负责相应的IT新项目的导入、实施并实现目标。
• 日常用户网络问题处理和技术支持；
• 管理层安排的其它工作。

技能要求：

• 大专或本科计算机、信息管理或相关专业；
• 5年以上企业内部网络管理经验；
• 参加过相关Cisco培训或持有CCNA或CCNP证书优先考虑良好的问题解决能力；
• 良好的书面英语能力，有一定的英语口语能力
• 了解并负责或参与网络项目管理。
• 有管理过思科Call Manager语音服务器优先考虑；
• 有Juniper网络知识或管理经验优先考虑；
• 有参加过MCSA或MCITP或Exchange培训或管理经验尤佳

General Position Summary:
Responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting network and communication infrastructure within an organization or between organizations. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability and user satisfaction.
Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:

• A thorough understanding of the basics behind the internet and its workings, LAN, WAN, DNS, Security, IP routing, VPN, QoS, IP telephony etc.
• Knowledge on cabling and experience on design and implement the cabling projects.
• Set up and Configure Cisco’s and Juniper’s Switches, Routes, Firewalls and security appliance for access to vital business applications;
• Design, setup and configure complex switching environments in a global network environments;
• Design, setup and configure complex wireless networking that support open and secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications;
• Assist in the design of multi-server environments including IP address schemes, DNS;
• Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities.
• Maintaining site Cisco VoIP (Call manager) operations and regular maintenance, upgrade etc.
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access；
• Responding to inquiries from staff, service providers and outside vendors/customer and etc. to provide technical assistance and support;
• Troubleshooting network hardware and software applications, IP phones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
• Managing assigned projects to deliver services in accordance with established objectives;
• Daily user network issue technical support;
• Any other duties as assigned by management
  

Specific Job Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5- year network experience in enterprise IT department.
• Current CCNA or better CCNP certification
• Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls
• Cisco Unified Communication Manager configuration and infrastructure a plus
• MCSA or MCITP and Exchange knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of VoIP implementation and support
• Juniper networking knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a mid-large business environment
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage a project with company-wide scope.
• Willing to work at odd hours when necessary
• Attention to details.
