技能要求：

• 能够对路由器，交换机和服务器进行实际操作
• 信息技术相关专业，并有至少5年实际操作的IT支持经验，有在跨国公司工作经验优先
• 熟悉以下信息技术技能：

。理解LAN/WAN概念，能够安装，配置和进行故障排查

。网络布线

。微软服务器（包括AD, DNS,DHCP,安全及管理）

。文件服务器存储管理

。理解HP/Dell主机和存储

。VMWare虚拟机技术

。有数据备份经验

。苹果机技术支持,包括（Mac OSX，系统镜像和应用程序部署，命令行管理）

。通用商业软件如MS-Office的支持

。远程用户的技术支持

。Windows PC技术支持,包括（Windows 7/8/10，远程管理和支持，系统镜像和部署，Exchange/Outlook 邮件支持，Microsoft Office支持）

• 能够用普通话和英语交流（此条件为必要条件，不合适勿投）

Job description:

• Responsible for providing Information Technology support to users related to Core Desktop, Productivity Applications, Servers and Networks in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients
• Install new systems, load applications and conducts trouble-shooting
• Provide support for office applications, email systems, file delivery systems, etc.
• Hands-on support for routers, switches and servers

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology with at least 5 years of hands-on IT support role preferably in a MNC or design agency
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English is a must
• Proficient to advanced Information Technology skills including:

o Understanding of LAN/WAN concept, ability to install, configure and carry out basic troubleshooting

o Cabling and patch management

o Microsoft Server
