We are currently seeking a Functional Analyst, Product Configuration for our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (COCOE) CPQ team. This role will work as a functional analyst with our business partners to build product configurator solutions to help standardize and improve our configuration, pricing and quoting (CPQ) solutions across EMEA. You will work as a part of cross functional agile SCRUM teams and be responsible for building new configurators, expanding capabilities and rolling out solutions to different countries within the region. Your main responsibilities: Participate in agile scrum teams Partners with business users on requirements, processes & systems. Participates in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes. Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology. Gathers requirement using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, process analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints. Management of approved requirements specifications & verification of implementation scope. Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes. Completes project related deliverables including future state design documentation and requirements documentation. Participates in unit testing, integration testing support & review of training materials. Supports user acceptance testing events and schedules. Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders. Effectively communicates the status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues. Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices toward solution design for the system. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Education level required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Years and area of experience required: Minimum of 4 years Technical Knowledge: Good level of system functional expertise and technical capabilities. Preferred Qualification Completed at least one full life cycle (design, build, test, deploy) project Functional experience in Configuration, Pricing, and/or Quoting applications. Bid Manager, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Big Machines, and/or Zilliant application experience highly preferred English level advanced Dimensions Focuses within a functional module, applying proved standards and techniques, often using repetitive tasks.
