To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As an IT Functional Analyst, you will evaluate, design, and implement Configuration, Pricing & Quoting (CPQ) solutions based on business processes and desired capabilities. You will work closely with business process owners, developers and CPQ end users, collaborate across technical resources supporting other Eaton applications with integrations to Eaton’s CPQ solutions. The projects could consist of Oracle CPQ Cloud, Zilliant or product configuration. Your main responsibilities: • Participates in implementation/enhancement projects for Configuration, Pricing and Quoting (CPQ) using agile methodologies • Partners with process owners and business users on requirements & processes • Plays a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live • Gathers and documents user stories using interviews, requirements workshops, site visits, business process flows, use cases, and scenarios • Works with architects and developers to transform requirements into features • Participates in unit testing and system integration testing to validate development meets business requirements • Prepares for user acceptance testing by writing test scripts and organizing test data for end users • Leads user acceptance testing events including managing bugs and enhancements resulting from the testing • Coordinates between development team and end users for bug retesting and resolution • Prepares and provides demos as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders. • Supports Project Managers with identifying risks, issues, and overall status updates. • Collaborates with other IT teams across Eaton including ERP, Security, BI, Master Data Management, etc. • Interacts with senior level leaders at divisional or regional level to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language • Cultivates innovation Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience • Good level of system functional expertise and technical capabilities (CPQ and/or Zilliant) • Work experience in Agile methodology is a plus • Experience with Jira is an advantage • Fluent English knowledge (both oral and written) is a must to fill the role • Can do attitude & great communications skills will complete the profile What we offer to you: • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations • We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA • We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
