• Research and recommend technology to improve the current systems in support of organization's strategic vision.

• Responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, data or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.

• Design, develop, and analyze overall architecture. Determine integrated hardware, software and data architecture solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.

• Lead on architectural governance and decisions related to Product , Technology and system tradeoffs as part of a cross functional architecture decision group.

• Provide direction for design activities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree/Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Systems.

• 3-5 years in leading IT Service Management Process Governance deployment, Asset, Configuration Management or Event Management

• COBIT and other IT Service Mgt qualification.

• IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or V4.0) Expert or Masters level.

• Knowledge and Experience in Service Level Management, Event Management, Access Management will be an added advantage.

• ServiceNow Platform and other Metrics tools (Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics).

• Project Management Certification (PMP).
