You already have experience with international and intercultural cooperation. Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written, and foreign language skills are an advantage. Required skills to have for the success of this role You hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration. You have a minimum of 3-5 year’s experience with on-prem and SaaS solutions, as well as databases and data conversion tools. You have a thorough understanding of HR processes ( including but not limited to HR administration, absence and time management, compensation/payroll) at a regional scale and respective IT solutions / integrations. You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects. You have a good knowledge of collaborating with IT service providers. You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.
