Job Description
This position is set up to have one designated individual responsible for the overall IT supporting(Helpdesk, network, equipment) in specific region (East, South East and other) and tier 1 support for all internal application system to the regional users.
本职位需要负责ASC特定区域(东区,东南区及其他)的IT支持(桌面端,网络和其他设备等),以及为相应区域用户提供所有内部应用系统的第一线支援。
Main Responsibilities (Listed below but not limited to)主要职责(以下但不限于)
IT Support & Education
Help desk & trouble shooting requirements,(including: Operation system/email client/ internal web site/Outlook/Applications and etc)
桌面端支持及故障排除需求(包括:操作系统/电子邮件客户端/内部网站/Outlook/应用程序及其他) ·
Backup data for workstations (email and files)
工作站备份资料(电邮及文件等)
Remote support and/or on-site support (远程或者现场支持)
Office network
Internal network management (intranet/internet/VPN)
内部网络管理(内网/互联网/虚拟专用网络) ·
Email System maintenance
电邮系统维护 ·
Antivirus maintenance as well as IT security
反病毒程序以及信息技术安全维护 ··
Office equipments
Hardware and software installation and upgrade.
硬件和软件的安装和升级。 ·
Responsible for the software management and to ensure only approved software are installed in all the desktop and laptops
负责软件管理,确保所有台式机和笔记本电脑只安装经过批准的软件 ·
Up-keep of Clock In & Out system
维护上下班打卡系统 ·
Multi-task Printer, Fax machine maintenance and communicating with supplier.
打印机,传真机维护,与供应商沟通。 ·
Ensure all the office facilities are used only for business purpose, and conduct regular check up to clear up forbidden software/program on Company computers including laptop computer.
确保所有办公设施仅用于商业用途,定期检查公司电脑,包括笔记本电脑上的禁用软件/程序。 ·
Provide tier 1 support for ASC internal application system (Oracle JDE, CRM, BIEE)
为ASC内部应用系统(Oracle JDE, CRM, BIEE)提供第一支持 ·
Education: Bachelor degree or above
学历:大专及以上学历
Language: Good Chinese communication skills
语言: 良好的中文沟通技巧
Experience:
Working experience with system maintain (Email, Windows) and helpdesk is preferred
有系统维护(电子邮件,Windows )和桌面终端的工作经验优先
Familiar network on WAN, LAN and wireless, CCNA or CCNP is preferred
熟悉广域网,局域网和无线网络,CCNA或CCNP优先
