IT intern - Helpdesk

Responsibility:

• Responsible for deploying Windows Operating System to Laptops and Desktops, installing necessary programs that users need as well as doing further troubleshooting on them if any issues occur.

• Doing hardware diagnostics on Laptops, Desktops, printers, IP Phone, switch, router, PBX telephone system etc including all the IT devices and fixing them while the issues are happening.

• Handle some network issues such as Switch issue, LAN issue, WAN issue etc.

• Communicate with other branches via remote access to solve all the IT issues they are having and give them on-site supports when necessary.

• Handle IT tickets from our ticket system and help users out ASAP.

• Coordinate IT issues with US and give them quick feedbacks to get issues solved ASAP.

• Preparation of IT documents writing for users to get the supports quicker and easier.

• Other assigned work.
