Job Responsibilities:
1. Set up, install and maintain Desktops & laptops and iPads which includes Windows and macOS & iOS throughout the school.
2. To report and log all help desk requests. Monitor use of IT hardware and accessories and report misuse and loss.
3. Provide support to school media equipment which includes Interactive smart displays,Projectors, TVs, speakers, audio & video of events.
4.Provide support to school weak electrical system includes CCTV, PA, Telephone system, Smart ID card, Electronic fence.
6.Provide guides and support for school management, accounting and educational software.
7.Performs other duties assigned by ICT Director.
Skills and Experience:
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- Formal computer technology qualifications is preferred.
- CCNA, MCSE is preferred.
2. Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years helpdesk experience.
- Familiar with Internet, Microsoft Windows, Office, Office 365, macOS, iOS, printing and other business applications.
- Familiar with weak electrical systems.
3. Skills:
- Ability to work with teams, teachers, students and parents.
- Ability to self-educate when formal instruction is not available.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fast problems solving skills in new situations.
- Strong written and verbal English and Fluent Mandarin.
