Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Hardware installation and software configuration for users
- Place the machines for new user and reclaim the older machines
- Setup new version software and update and register service pack
- Perform basic hardware and software’s troubleshooting
- Protect the company data security, prevent from the lose of company important data.
- Reclaim the resign employee hardware and delete related useless information immediately and validate the machine and peripheral equipment
- Account Configuration
- Add new domain account and establish the Email account on servers
- Configuration account and Email account on clients
- Telephone PBX system management
- Entrance Guard system management
- Independent and able to work well under pressure;
- Support end-users on MS Office, OS and Remote Access
- Support basic LAN/WAN administration
- Setup professional game design software and setup game program develop software:
- To log all work and service into the Company’s case handling application and process
- To provide technical services to internal staff, mainly including real-time solution and pointing staff to a self-help solution
- To provide consistent levels of service for all IT-standard desktop products and designated business applications
Qualifications:
- College Degree or above in Computer or relevant fields
- Helpdesk related working experiences in multinational companies preferred
- Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Active Directory
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of Windows Client systems based configuration and administration preferred
- Knowledge of web development skills or database backup would be an advantage
- Good service attitude
- Self-motivated, adaptable, can work under pressure
- Good written and oral English
