Responsibilities:
1. Shared responsibility for the:
? Management of the Windows based Corporate client
? Management of the global SCCM environment
? Design and implementation of IT solutions used on the corporate client
2. Provide supporting documentation for your area of responsibility
? extensive troubleshooting of the OS installation, update and upgrade processes
? Application related installation and configuration incidents
? perform root cause analyses and provide workaround and solutions
3.Provide 2nd level support for incidents and problems including:
? extensive troubleshooting of the OS installation, update and upgrade processes
? Application related installation and configuration incidents
? perform root cause analyses and provide workaround and solutions
4.Participation in the selection process of standard equipment
5.Design and implementation of IT solutions to fulfill specific business requirement
6.Participation in international projects
Experience:
? 2 years’ experience in the field of client and Application management using SCCM 2012
? 2 years’ Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 and Power-Shell
? Basic Analytical, conceptual skills and knowledge of the ITIL Frameworks
