Job Purpose Statement
Provides support on IT systems including computers, printers, network, telephone system,CCTV, Medical emergency call system, etc.
Key Accountabilities
1. Provides easy-to-understand instructions and advice to users related to their problem orissue.
2. Assists users in the proper use and function of computer hardware and software.
3. Responds to problem issues in a timely manner and coordinate actions with users andother IS staff members as well as keep users informed as to the status of theirrequests.
4. Performs computer application maintenance functions and other duties as assigned.
5. Documents problem resolution, maintenance, and enhancement in a thorough and timely manner.
6. Dispatches,coordinates, and conducts user-training sessions for desktop applications.
7. Provides the highest level of service to all customers.
8. Organizes on-duty time to accommodate workload and schedule, including weekend.
9. Coordinates work activities with users such that user productivity disruption is minimized.
10. Maintains confidentiality.
Qualifications &Experience
1. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
2. Knowledge of Tele/Computer network, Security, Telephone System.
3. Knowledge of IT relevant call tracking applications.
4. Knowledge and experience of customer service practices related experience and training.
Basic oral and written English communication skills.
