Responsibilities:

• Perform workstation deployment and maintenance of Mac/PC hardware and software
• Perform basic directory administration in a Microsoft Server 2012-2016 environment
• Perform basic network infrastructure administration and troubleshooting
• Perform basic large multifunction printer/photocopier support
• Provide remote support

Requirements:

• Basic experience in IT support is nice to have, but candidate will go through our internal IT training program
• Must be a well-organized and responsible individual with good attention-to-detail
• Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Language proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese
• Travel to different offices within Hong Kong
• Ability to lift 15KG
• Above all else, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
