Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first-line technical support by assisting user with hardware and software problems via phone and email
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Reporting customer feedback and potential product requests
- Shift duties are required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information services or related disciplines
- 1 year experience in technical support
- Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
