Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support by assisting user with hardware and software problems via phone and email 
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Reporting customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Shift duties are required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information services or related disciplines
  • 1 year experience in technical support
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
