Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises day-to-day helpdesk operations
  • Ensures cross communications between IT teams and users
  • Creates and reviews escalation procedures
  • Ensures service levels are maintained
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date helpdesk knowledge base
  • Responsible for helpdesk reports


Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma is required
  • Bachelor Degree is an advantage
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification IT experience
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as IT Helpdesk Officer
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua is a must
  • Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills
The candidate may need to stay in customer office if necessary
