Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To performs round the clock front line duties
  • Handle corporate customer complaint
  • Responsible for fault investigation
  • Service performance analysis

 

Requirement:

  • With 2 years’ relevant experience in Mobile Service Operations
  • Knowledge in Mobile technology, desktop or networking equipment is preferred
  • Customer oriented good initiative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Analytical minded
  • Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
