Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide helpdesk support to the public in response to enquiries about the SHS mobile app, associated devices and related issues;
  • Provide assistance to the public in completing the installation and activation of the mobile app;
  • Reply to the enquiries and provide assistance through phone calls, emails, SMS or social media tools (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat)
  • Assist in monitoring the mobile app and associated devices; and
  • Carry out any other activities which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the operation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must passes five subjects, including Chinese language and English language, in HKDSEE / HKCEE, or equivalent
  • 2 years work experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in helpdesk/call centre related work
  • Have knowledge on using Android and iOS mobile phone
  • Have good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is required
  • HK permanent resident is required
