Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide helpdesk support to the public in response to enquiries about the SHS mobile app, associated devices and related issues;
- Provide assistance to the public in completing the installation and activation of the mobile app;
- Reply to the enquiries and provide assistance through phone calls, emails, SMS or social media tools (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat)
- Assist in monitoring the mobile app and associated devices; and
- Carry out any other activities which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the operation.
Job Requirements:
- Must passes five subjects, including Chinese language and English language, in HKDSEE / HKCEE, or equivalent
- 2 years work experience in similar capacity
- Experience in helpdesk/call centre related work
- Have knowledge on using Android and iOS mobile phone
- Have good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is required
- HK permanent resident is required
