Responsibilities
Provide 1st tier support to users via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
Assist users with technical issues related to PC, laptop and other peripherals
Setup, configure and technical support of desktop or network devices
Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow up of all incidents
Ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Shift-duty is required
Training will be provided
Requirements
Degree in Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
Basic understanding and knowledge on networking
Eager to learn IT knowledge
Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
Positive thinker with an outgoing personality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Service-oriented mindset
Fluent in English, (Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus!)
