任职要求Requirement:

1. 安装、管理和维护用户的桌面系统软硬件，包括Windows操作系统，Office软件，SAP系统等；Install, manage and maintain users' desktop software and hardware, including Windows operating system, Office software, SAP system, etc.

2. 负责安装和维护打印机，扫描仪，投影仪，视频会议系统等外设；Installation and maintenance of peripherals such as printer, scanner, projector and video conference system;

3. 负责机房内设备的日常巡检和维护，如服务器，防火墙等;Responsible for routine inspection and maintenance of equipment in the machine room, such as server, firewall, etc.;

4. 负责内部局域网络的管理、维护、故障排除等日常工作，确保公司网络正常运作；Responsible for the management, maintenance, troubleshooting and other daily work of the internal LAN, to ensure the normal operation of the company's network;

5. 熟悉并贯彻执行公司IT技术支持的流程与规范，与总部IT团队配合，做到快速发现故障，分析、判断与解决问题，提高IT服务质量； Be familiar with and implement the process and specification of IT technical support of the company, cooperate with IT team of the headquarters, find fault quickly, analyze, judge and solve problems, improve IT service quality

6. 协助IT经理处理设备采购，设备资产管理，权限帐号管理等IT管理工作；Assist IT manager to deal with IT management work such as equipment procurement, equipment asset management, authorization and account management;

7.完成上级交办的其他任务。Other tasks from the line manager.

任职资格Qualification:

1. 专科以上学历，计算机、通信、自动化、电子等相关专业

College degree or above，major in computer, communication, automation, electronics, etc

2. 熟悉常用网络架构；熟悉网络设备配置与管理；熟悉常用业务系统

Familiar with common network architecture; Familiar with network equipment configuration and management; Familiar with common business systems

3. 熟悉计算机系统结构和软硬件管理技术；具备Linux、Windows等操作系统的网络安全管理技术；精通局域网、各种计算机及办公设备的配置、使用、维护。

4. 1年以上相关工作经验，具有服务器操作系统相关经验，有丰富的计算机及相关设备的操作及维护经验

5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，问题解决能力；良好的英语听说读能力；
