ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead local IT activities in all aspects to support business needs in mainland China, Hong Kong, Marco;
• Responsible for the planning, administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, software to support business development, ensuring IT systems are compliance with corporate policies;
• Responsible for the company's IT devices, network devices, including conference system, security & monitoring system, network system, teaching system, printers etc.
• Monitor, Manage IT system, data security and network security in PRC, Monitor and troubleshooting IT infrastructure system;
• Responsible for daily desktop support, Provide good support to Global project;
• Assist in the development of organizational standards for computer hardware, networking, and software, Ensure IT policies, procedures and infrastructures meet internal audit requirements.
• Work with other functional department for information system planning, implementation and administration;
• Responsible for IT assets management, Plan IT budget and confirm with management
• Identify and define IT resource requirements in a team to support the business objectives
• Manage, coordinate the IT teams throughout Beijing offices, centers, including duty assignments, resource management and performance;
• Support and coordinate Corporate IT global initiatives. Co-ordination with International IT in US to ensure coherence of group policy.
• Coordinate with and supervise the outsourcing company to work out and implement solutions following the schedule, as well as make adjustment to solutions when needed.
• Organize IT department to provide basic computer skill training to other departments per request.
• Organize trainings for IT staff to improve their knowledge and skills.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 8 years working experience, with >3 years as IT manager
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN), Network security;
• Proficient use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Proficient use of project management tools.
• Work knowledge of Active Directory, networks, Exchange, MSSQL, VMware, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/VPN technologies, network security, application servers, mail servers, firewalls, DNS etc. Have experience of ERP, SAP or similar application development or implementation. Work knowledge of PMP
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Database (SQL 2000) in Administration and SQL Scripts;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Capable of interacting at all levels from end‐user to senior management, as well as headquarter personnel
• Strong organizational and time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple, diverse and conflicting priorities
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good project management skills.
