Job duties:

• Manage the IT Support & Infrastructure of Trecang plant and L1 support to Data Centar;
• Ensure the level 1 support on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) in Wuhan;
• Ensure the alignement of the IT Infrastructures and MES usage with IT Group policy;

Global infrastructure & desktop support :

• Ensure the IT technical support of Users by him
• Manage the IT local sub-contractors and follow up on SLA
• Manage provisioning/deprovisionning of devices (PC, Printer, Phones, …)
• Participate in the IT setup of new building, new plant, or plant reorganisation.
• Manage IT compture park of Treves CZ
• Define & follow-up on action plan to maintain a high level of IT serviceability
• Respect of IT security procedure and rules according to Group security Policy
• Report any deviation about IT security

M.E.S Support :

• Provide the level 1 support on M.E.S system.
• Coordinate localy with maintenance team all interfaces between MES and Machines
• Ensure good coordination with M.E.S level 2 support in France
• Perform Non Regression testing when upgrade.
• Participate to User Acceptance Tests with End Users of enhancements
• Gather and communicate to M.E.S central team all new requirement

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Sciences;
• Experience on functional support on software package such as MES/ERP;
• Good English level both in oral and written.
