o Provide 1st level IT support including desktop related technical assistance

o Provide technical support to PC secure customer via phone & email

o Log all reported IT Incidents / Requests and perform troubleshooting, escalation or resolution as part of the Incident Management Process.

o Perform user account & access administration, remote technical trouble shooting

o Install and Maintain PC related HW & SW setup

o Create and maintain operational documentations, HW & SW inventory

o Perform other related duties as required and assigned

o Knowledge of MySQL, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN and Firewall

Requirements:

o Undergraduate in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines

o Minimum of 5 year or above on desk-side PC HW / SW problem troubleshooting, end user support, PC repair / relocation, laptop / desktop setup & projector / Video conference setup

o Experienced with major operating systems, core desktop applications, software, Outlook, antivirus, etc.

o Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop / notebook support knowledge in a distributed computing environment

o Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching.

o Holder of IT Industry certification such as MCSE and CCNA is advantage.

o Support experience in VMWare or CLOUD is a plus

o Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
