What are my responsibilities? 1. 制定公司IT/OT战略计划并部署实施。 Responsible for company IT/ OT strategy roadmap and its implementation. 2. 负责公司的 IT 管理，包括：IT 资产，IT 基础架构管理，应用管理，ERP 系统支持，信息安全管控等。Responsible for IT management of company, which include IT asset management, infrastructure management, Application management, Cyber Security Management etc. 3. 负责公司IT相关的预算、规划、IT成本控制和报告，IT服务管理和项目实施。 Response for company IT budgeting, planning, IT cost control and reporting, IT service management and projects implementation. 4. 负责本部门的环境、健康、安全管理，确保IT相关的工作流程符合国家、地方法律法规要求以及西门子总部的具体要求。Responsible for EHS management in IT department to insure IT related workflows conforms to the regulations and requirements of government, local laws, and Siemens headquarter. 5. 负责与ERP外部供应商的沟通与合作。Responsible for communication and cooperation with external venders. 6. 负责IT 相关的员工培训、IT内部员工的管理与培养。Responsible for IT employee training and people management and development. What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. 5年以上外企IT部门或团队管理工作经验，其中至少3年跨国公司部门经理或跨国项目经理工作经验。 More than 5 years IT team or department management experiences in multinational corporation company, especially at least 3 years working experiences as role of department manager or project manager. 2. IT 相关专业本科及以上学历。Bachelor or above degree major in IT related. 3. 对制造和办公数字化、数据分析等相关技术有较深的理解，有制造工厂工作经验优先。With deep knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and office digitalization, data analytic technology, factory work experiences is preferred. 4. 熟悉敏捷开发、软件开发 、数据管理。Familiar with Agile, Software development, data management. 5. 熟悉项目管理的工具和方法。Familiar with project management tools and methods. 6. 熟悉IT基础设施，包括网络、信息安全等。Familiar with IT infrastructure including network and information security etc. 7. 具备较强的领导与沟通协调能力。Strong leadership and communication capability. 8. 较强的学习能力。 Strong learning capability. 9. 英语听说读写熟练。Excellent English in oral and written.
