Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers
• Manage and monitor infra team for maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Manage and verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 10 years Infra and system management or consulting experience
• Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management skills and with proven track record
• Result-oriented and having good problem solving skills with strong analytical mind and time management 
• Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
