Primary Responsibility 
 1. MES system problem support
 2. Routing task support such as customized application development with C# etc
 3. User requirement information gathering, analysis and provide solution document
 4. Raised ASR and do UAT with the user, 
 5. Participation in business application project implementation
 6. Provide training to user
 7. Can work for day/night shift.

Participates in the implementation of machine modifications to increase system capacity. Participates in the evaluation of vendor proposals for purchases of hardware. Maintains appropriate records. Analyzes and recommends alternative solutions and updates to established routines. Interacts and assists users in understanding the environment (software/hardware and vendor instructions and helps with setting up of end-user devices and associated software.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Knowledge of IT technical components and relationships in order to identify problem sources concerning system operations
• Knowledge of systems/applications monitoring in window 10, window server, C#. net environment
• Good technical written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative to achieve objectives
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-platform team environment
• Experience with operating systems and SQL skill for Oracle and SQL server and shop floor system
• Exposure to distributed systems management principles
  Physical Demands:
• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

  College’s degree in the related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
