Scope of Duties:

• Implement and provide daily support to AWS/O365/Azure cloud as well as on premises and maintain documents
• Maintain proper monitoring and alerting of Cloud network and system environments
• To develop and maintain tools for deployment, monitor system performance, perform system tuning and trouble-shooting
• To facilitate, evaluate and implement efficient and scalable cloud system management and automation tools
• Perform vendors and project management for IT system implementation & enhancement including security
• To take the lead to design, upgrade and implement Cloud infrastructure related projects as well as on premises.
• To perform systems analysis and prepare systems design specifications
• To assist in ensure the IT server infrastructure have fulfilled compliance/security requirements and audit review
• Assist in developing, maintaining and reviewing IT security and IT risk management policy
• Keep up-to-date Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure and cyber security

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with Information Technology
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, security and networking setup
• Working Experience in Cloud infrastructure support include but not limited to AWS, O365 and Azure is of high advantage
• Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant system
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux and VMWARE Platform
• Excellent knowledge of PowerShell, Veeam and System and Performance monitoring tools include but not limited to OPManager, Solarwind etc.
• Knowledge of cyber security and cloud application is a plus
• Network knowledge on IP networking, DNS and load balancing is a plus
• Cloud relevant certifications (O365/Amazon/Azure) would be advantageous
• Holder of IT Security certifications such as CCSP/CISSP/CISA/CISM/CISP-HK is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team player, and able to work independently
