Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead development team to design, delivery and support applications (Infrastructure Architect & Programme)

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible to lead the junior developer to deliver and support application development.
• Responsible to collect and translate user requirement into specific functional specifications.
• Lead solution design, development, deployment and support for infrastructure development projects.
• Ensure development process complied with IT SDLC Framework, application development standards and guidelines
• Ensure all deliverables are up to specified quality standards and deployed within timelines.
• Lead unit, integration, functional and non-functional testing
• Ensure necessary technical documents to be delivered to accurately represent application design and code

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related disciplines

• At least 4 years’ application system development and support experience

• Well versed in software development in Linux and Windows platform using Java, Python, Ansible, Powershell, Container, Jira, Gitlab and Jenkins

• Hand-on Linux System Administration/Engineering skills
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts including load balancers, routers, and switches, as well as TCP/IP protocols and services
• Understanding of software development processes, best practices, and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with industry-standard software development support tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, etc)

• Good reading and written English, Cantonese speaker is preferred
