The Intel Israel IT Information Security team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for our growing information Security group in Israel.

The Israel InfoSec team protects Intel employees, apps, content, and devices while allowing our business to run fast and safe. Our service provides the policies, technologies, solutions, and capabilities that are critical for Intel to protect its assets from either inadvertent loss or deliberate theft.

In this position, you will be the Scrum Master in a team managing multiple products, projects, and resources in the IT - information security domain. The team will focus on multiple information security domains of.

Responsibilities:

• Run the Information Security Agile teams.
• Organize the work according to the SAFE methodologies and ceremonies.
• Manage relationship with the external vendors as well as with internal stakeholders.
• Manage project and resource tasks including planning and tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as PM.
• BSc. in relevant fields.
• Agile SM Certification.
• Deep understating of the AGILE methodology.
• Strong proven people management skills.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer and stakeholder management skills, including experience in setting and

• Information security domain knowledge - CISSP or GSEC or other relevant certification is highly desirable

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
