Main responsibilities:

• Candidate will be working with Local and Global partners to support infrastructure and lab specific IT requirements to deliver Intel products.
• Drive IT related projects in Intel labs.
• Patching and security client systems in labs.
• Leading the IT support in a large lab in CR.
• Will be working close with IT, teams, vendors and customers.
• Position required to be on site for work.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience (4 years), in addition to:
• 2+ years of experience on Information Technology in Labs related field.
• Advance English Level.

Preferred

• Working experience on automated OS provisioning infrastructure for Linux and Windows.
• Configuring OS installation and customization automations per customer requirements.
• Performing OS Master images configuration, software installations, troubleshooting and issues resolution including issues related to network, authentication, remote access, and security.
• CCNA knowledge, Switches, Access Points and Firewall configuration and troubleshooting required for LAN and WLAN on all 7 layers of OSI model.
• Experience on DNS and DHCP setup and troubleshooting.
• Business Continuity Plans processes development and recovery validations for lab environment.
• Virtualization hands on experience on Hyper-V, VMware, Cloud and Azure platforms. Experience on CCSGs and KVMs, iLab expertise is a plus.
• Active Directory and GPO rules work experience on setting up environment configurations and users/computers groups and objects for ecosystem control.
• Knowledge on HP hardware like iLo, servers and desktops. NUCs experience
• Operative Systems such as: Windows Client 7, 10, 11. Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019. Linux Distros like Unix, CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat and Photon.
• Back and Restore knowledge for data on VEEAM.
• Knowledge on Data Center Storage: setup permissions and groups, create areas, debug, monitoring and administration on NetApp infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge on Security, patching, firewall, network security, vulnerability management and remediation, access controls, antivirus, access monitoring and remote capabilities compliance with InfoSec guidelines.
• BigFix and fixlet creations knowledge.
