Your Challenge · Main point of contact to the IT Partners for Locally run IT services · Ensure high customer satisfaction for Locally run IT services · Oversee and support implementation of Global IT Infrastructure projects in Greece · Support Business Administration for budgeting and forecasting of IT Infrastructure related costs · Cooperate with Regional Company Italy to keep IT Infrastructure services and projects aligned · Implement business requests by liaising with Global IT Service Delivery Teams · Assist in reactive IT Infrastructure needs within Siemens Greece · Create a high-level dashboard to report on Locally run IT services (example: Device as a Service) · Vendor Management: Continuously improve supplier relationship to ensure high service quality · Promote and increase the adoption of innovative IT services (e.g. ΜR XP) within Siemens Greece · Establish data analytics from service providers to improve IT service maturity · Manage accurate internal stock levels of Siemens IT end-user Hardware · Create monthly cost allocations report for the IT financial controller · Process local vendor invoices payments in a timely manner What you need to bring with you · 2-4 years of professional work experience in an Information Technology environment is preferred · Relevant experience or a Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred · Working knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL Processes) including Vendor Management, Project Management, Asset management · Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications (especially Microsoft Excel) · Proactively own and drive topics and have strong IT affinity · Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills are required · Willingness to learn and understand (especially new IT Service / Technology) · IT Customer Support experience is preferred · ITIL certification is a strong asset · Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn Why you’ll love working for Siemens! · Health and life insurance for you and your family · Group Pension Plan – with significant employee participation - with one of the top providers of the market · Multinational environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth · A friendly, inclusive and dynamic environment where curiosity is highly appreciated · Performance-based annual bonus · Opportunities to advance your career and mentorship programs on a local and global scale · Continuous hard and soft skills training and development through global platforms · Profit sharing available Inclusion is our ambition!
