Job Description
JOB DUTIES
- Work closely with system vendors, application and infrastructure project teams to troubleshoot issues, make continuous improvements, and enhancement to ensure the healthy production environment.
- Assist in IT Change Management with relevant documents, procedures and control.
- Assist in infrastructure monitoring, support and trouble shooting.
- Assist in providing effective remedial action and solution to infrastructure systems with good incident management skill.
- Provide useful System Operation Guide, User Guide, Procedural documentations to relevant teams and users.
- Assist to ensure the IT Operation & Support tasks are smooth in comply with compliance, risk management, and IT governance.
- Assist to lead project development, implementation and closure support cycles.
- Assist to develop and maintain the Group companies' webites.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Certificate holder of professional certification is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in IT infrastructure, experience in securities / financial industry is preferred
- Good project management skill on handling all related infrastructure and end user projects
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communicate with users and vendors
- Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
