Job Description

Responsibility

  • Daily on-property and remote coordination of the IT&T implementation for Office, Mock up unit and Project
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Vendors, Systems Integrators and Operations Team, to ensure full compliance with the business requirements
  • Establish a Critical Path with creative and flexible scheduling for new systems
  • Maintenance of Office IT Infrastructure: Email system, server, backups, telephony, network, IT security management and IT equipment, etc.
  • Establish IT&T P&P and SOPs
  • Coordinate and attend IT related meetings, taking minutes if necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel industry with involvement in Project work and IT helpdesk support
  • MCSP or Cisco CCNE qualifications are preferred
  • Network management experience – Mac & PC
  • Proficient in MS Packages
  • Self-motivated, proactive and Troubleshooting skills
  • Passionate to new technologies
  • Being a team player in project management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Occasional non-office hour work will be required
